L’Erta di Quintole is located just 4 km from the Firenze Impruneta exit on the A1 highway.
From the highway exit, proceed towards Florence, then turn right onto Via Quintole - Le Rose after about 200 m. After about 2 km, you will reach the Baruffi locality. Turn left, and after about 700 m, at the signpost for Impruneta, turn right and continue for about 500 m. After passing the Church of San Miniato a Quintole (on the right), at a large tabernacle, turn right onto the dirt road. After 200 m, on the left, you will find L’Erta di Quintole. The farm is also easily accessible from Florence, about 10 km away, via the Imprunetana road to Pozzolatico.

About us

Filippo Legnaioli

As the main agricultural producer and owner of the L’Erta di Quintole farm since 1995, I dedicate myself to olive cultivation, organic extra virgin olive oil production, and managing the agritourism facilities. I am the President of Frantoio del Grevepesa, a cooperative representing nearly 200 local olive growers, and a board member of FIOI (Federazione Italiana Olivicoltori Indipendenti). Registered on the national list of technicians and experts in virgin and extra virgin olive oils (head panelist since 2009), I am also a member of ANAPOO (National Association of Professional Olive Oil Tasters). Currently, I preside over the tasting committee of the Chianti Classico DOP Olive Oil Consortium.

Simona Galbiati

After a long career in international cooperation and anthropological research, I made a professional shift in 2013 toward art, training at the School of Arts and Crafts in Barcelona. Currently, I work in illustration, bookbinding, wood and linoleum engraving, and photography. In my studio surrounded by olive trees, I create and teach.
